The next generation of Cookie's certified full-face skydiving helmet.

The Cookie C45 evolves the G4 with a full carbon fibre construction, a new lower-volume 4-shell system and a tuneable fit designed for greater stability at speed.

Smaller, lighter and lower profile, the C45 sits closer to the head and feels lighter, while retaining the protection expected from Cookie's certified full-face range.

Certified to XP S 72-600:2018 for skydiving and wind tunnel use, the C45 has been tested in fast, dynamic flight with a focus on stability at speed.

A FIT YOU CAN TUNE

The C45 introduces Cookie's most refined fit yet.

Replaceable cheek pads allow you to fine-tune how securely the helmet holds your face. Four thicknesses are available – 8 mm, 16 mm, 24 mm and 32 mm – allowing you to move from a more relaxed fit to a firmer, locked-in feel for fast, dynamic flying.

Every C45 comes fitted with either 16 mm or 24 mm cheek pads as standard, depending on helmet size. Optional cheek pads can then be used to adjust the fit in either direction.

Every C45 features a full carbon fibre shell, whichever finish you choose:

• Gloss Carbon – exposed carbon weave with racing stripe
• Gloss White
• Matte Black

CUSTOMISE YOUR C45

The C45 can be configured with your choice of visor and aluminium side plates.

VISOR OPTIONS

• Mirrored – Blue, Purple, Green or Orange – mirrored finish designed to reduce glare in bright conditions.
• Photochromic – automatically adjusts its tint according to the light. UV-reactive molecules darken the visor in bright sunlight and return it towards clear as the light fades.
• Pinlock – fitted with a moisture-absorbing Pinlock anti-fog insert, creating an insulating pocket of air between the insert and visor to help keep your field of vision clear in cold or humid conditions.

ALUMINIUM SIDE PLATES

Choose from a range of colours and designs of CNC-machined, anodized aluminium side plates to customise the look of your C45.

CUSTOM GRAPHICS PACKAGE

Design your own C45 with an optional Custom Graphics Package.

Choose from four graphic styles, each with three to four colour zones and 60 colours per zone, giving you millions of possible combinations. The live preview lets you see your design from every angle as you choose your helmet colour, base colour and accents.

Your completed graphics set is supplied ready to apply to your C45.

Every Custom Graphics Kit includes:

• Your full precision-cut decal set in your chosen style and colours
• A set of graphic-specific side plates
• Custom mini stickers showing your complete C45 in the exact colours you've chosen

Ordering Custom Graphics: Create your C45 graphics design with Cookie first and obtain your design code. Then select the Custom Graphics Package (+£120) when ordering your C45 from us and enter your design code in the box provided.

SIZING

The C45 uses 4 shell sizes across 8 helmet sizes, covering head measurements from 54–62 cm.

Choosing the correct helmet size is important. Please refer to the sizing information before ordering and contact us if you're unsure which size or cheek pad combination is right for you.
